Lisa Pursehouse MBE

Lisa Pursehouse has been part of the senior management team at Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club since she joined the Club from Yorkshire in October 2000.  Starting as Sales and Marketing Manager she progressed to Deputy Chief Executive five years later.

Working alongside Derek Brewer, Pursehouse was instrumental in attracting the 2013 and 2015 Investec Ashes to Trent Bridge winning a competitive bid process that secured international cricket through to 2016 and brought £30 million of benefit to the East Midlands.

In 2012 she was appointed to the top job and became the first female Chief Executive in English cricket. Pursehouse oversaw the securing of a further prestigious major match package for Trent Bridge from 2017 to 2019, including Test Matches against South Africa and India and matches in the ICC World Cup.

She is committed to ensuring that the award of major matches delivers not only economic and reputational benefits, but a positive community impact through the work of the Club’s Charitable Trust which she chairs.

Kate Davies, OBE

Kate Davies OBE is the National Director of Health & Justice, Armed Forces and their Families and Sexual Assault Referral Centres for NHS England.

Kate is Director of 3 areas of Direct Commissioning working in the national support team  working to support the 4 Regional commissioning localities across England for healthcare for serving personnel and their families and veterans mental health and prosthetics, Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARCs), health & justice healthcare services in Prisons, Secure Children’s Homes and Training Centres, Immigration Removal Centres, and the development of the national Liaison & Diversion Programme and Street Triage.  The National role is to assure quality, consistent and sustained services with a strong focus on Health Inequalities and outcomes for patients and their families.

Previously, Kate was the Executive Lead for Prison, Detainee and SARCS (Sexual Assault Referral Centres) Healthcare Commissioning for East Midlands and led the Healthcare Commissioning for Prison and Offender Health.

Kate previously worked as the Strategic Director of the award winning Nottinghamshire County Drug and Alcohol Action Team from December 1995 to May 2009, co-ordinating and delivering the Government’s National Drug Strategy.  From 2003 to 2010, Kate was also seconded to the University of Central Lancashire, International School for Communities Rights and Inclusion as Director of Black and Ethnic Minority community Engagement, focussing on the health and social care of diverse groups who experience discrimination and/or disadvantage and directing the national community engagement programme.

Kate has been a Non-Executive Director on the National Treatment Agency Board in England between 2000 and 2013.  Kate was an Ambassador for Diversity in Public Appointments for the Government Public Appointments Commission.

Kate worked in both Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire Probation service and is a qualified Probation Officer from 1986 to 1995, before joining the NHS.

Kate was awarded an OBE in 2009, for services for disadvantaged communities.

Kates love for sport has been a lifelong experience with a passion as a competitor, parent and most recently committee member for Trent Bridge undoubtedly the best international best cricket ground in the world.

Kates love of horse racing and as a mentor and tutor to young and upcoming sports competitors across communities has resulted in Kate’s commitment and involvement with Nottinghamshire County Cricket Community Sports Trust.

Tim Eatherington

Tim is Finance Director of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club and leads the club’s community engagement work. He has worked for a number of companies in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire across a variety of sectors. Having graduated from Nottingham Trent University, he went on to become a qualified accountant. His skills and experience are not limited to that of a pure accountant though and he has strong commercial and strategic skills to complement the financial background.  He has good small business and community organising experience and also currently sits as a co-opted member of the Board of Inspire (Culture, Learning and Libraries).

Mark Worrall

Mark is Client Relationship Manager at Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club, where he is embarking on his 15th season at Trent Bridge. He played a key role in the inception of the charity back in 2008, applying for charitable status as well as ensuring the correct governance was in place during the early stages of the Trent Bridge Community Trust. Mark has an extensive background in Hotel Management including, working as a Hotel Inspector for the English Tourist Board as well as serving for 6 years as Director of Sales at an Intercontinental Hotels property before joining Trent Bridge.

Jo Belton

Jo previously worked for Yorkshire Bank for almost 35 years in both Sheffield and Nottingham acting as a Private Manager with them for the last 12 years.  She is very proud of her Yorkshire roots but loves her adopted city of Nottingham where she has lived for the past 28 years. Alongside her work with the Trent Bridge Community Trust she is also a Trustee with Dance 4, Young Creative Awards, and Musicworks and sits on the Development Board for Nottingham Trent University.  She is currently Chair for Samit Patel and his Testimonial Year 2017.

Paul Ellis

Paul is a retired Chartered Accountant, having been a Partner in a large firm of Accountants. He has been a Trustee of the Trent Bridge Community Trust since April 2014. He is also a member of the General Committee of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club, as part of this he has direct responsibility for Heritage at Trent Bridge, being Chair of the Heritage Working Group. Paul is also involved in athletics being President and Treasurer of Notts Athletics Club. Paul is passionate that all children should be given an equal chance in life, whatever their family circumstances. Paul became a Trustee to try and make this happen.
